5 Questions for Emotional Clarity

When things feel emotionally unclear, try gently sitting with these questions:

  • What am I feeling right now, without trying to fix it?
  • What part of this situation feels heavy or unclear?
  • What do I need more of in this moment — space, clarity, or support?
  • What am I trying to control that is not fully mine to control?
  • If I slowed down, what would become more visible?

There is no need to rush answers. Clarity often comes through noticing, not forcing.
