You may find it helpful to reflect:
- Where do I feel stretched or emotionally overextended?
- What am I saying “yes” to that feels misaligned?
- What would a softer, more honest “no” look like here?
- What feels emotionally safe for me right now?
Boundaries often begin as internal awareness before they become external action.
